Rockstar Virtual, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.execly.co website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site.
We can modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make material changes to it, we will provide notice to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you must cease using the Site. You acknowledge that your continued use of our Site after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Privacy Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the updated Privacy Policy, as of its effective date.
We also provide virtual assistant services through an online platform provided by Adminja (the “Services”). If you sign up for our Services, you will be asked to provide additional personal data through the Adminja platform. We will use this data to provide the Services. Any data you provide through the Adminja platform (located at www.getadminja.com) will also be subject to Adminja’s Privacy Policy and User Agreement. We cannot control and are not responsible for the data usage and privacy practices of Adminja.
We do not intend to offer the Site or our Services to individuals who reside within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom. Furthermore, we do not intend to monitor the behavior of any individual within the EEA or the United Kingdom. If you are an EEA or United Kingdom resident, please do not use the Site or apply for the Services.
1) Data We Collect
Data You Provide to Us
We collect data you provide to us through the Site. For example, if you sign up for one of the downloads we offer through the Site, we will collect your first name, last name, and email address.
If you sign up for the Services, we may also collect the data you provide in order to allow us to perform the Services. For example, you may need to provide your phone number, email address, billing information, scheduling information, business data, depending on the level and type of Services you ask us to perform.
Service Use
We log usage data when you visit the Site. We may use log-ins, cookies, device information and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses to identify you and log your use. We track information such as the number of Site users, their geographic locations, page views, IP addresses, and traffic sources.

For example, we use your personal data such as your name, Adminja account information, email address, and phone number to communicate with you, provide the Services to you, and invoice you.

We provide the Services through Adminja as described above. We may use others to help us provide our Services and the Site (e.g., payment processing, maintenance, analysis, audit, fraud detection, marketing and development). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf. However, we will not authorize them to disclose or use your data for other purposes.
Communications
We will use your personal data to communicate with you. For example, if you sign up for one of the downloads that we offer on the Site, such as our case study download, we may use your first name, last name, and email address to follow up with you via email.
If you sign up for our Services, we will use your name and contact information to communicate with you as we provide the Services.
Advertising
We may use your personal data to serve you tailored advertisements. We may also advertise on other platforms. If you view or click on an ad that is hosted on someone else’s website, the ad provider will get a signal that someone visited the page that displayed the ad, and they may, through the use of mechanisms such as cookies, determine it is you. Any personal data that the ad provider gathers about you will be subject to the privacy policy of the platform that hosted the ad.
Developing Services and Research
We may use data to conduct research and development for our Site and the Services. The Services
We provide the Services through the Adminja platform. Any data that you provide to us through the Adminja platform will be visible to Adminja and will be subject to Adminja’s privacy policy.
Websites Provided by Others
We do not authorize other parties to collect personally identifiable information about you over time and across different Websites (other than our website). However, if you choose to use third-party Web sites or services, you will be subject to their own privacy policies, which may allow them to collect your information in this manner. We cannot control third-party privacy policies.
Service Providers
We may use others to help us provide the Site and the Services (e.g., maintenance, analysis, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing and development). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf. We will not authorize them to disclose or use it for other purposes.

4) Data Retention & Related Issues
We reserve the right to retain your personal data indefinitely. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Services. However, we also reserve the right to delete your personal data after you close your account or if we close your account for breach of the User Agreement. We are not an online backup service and do not guarantee the retention of your data.
5) Other Important Information
Security
We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
Direct Marketing and Do Not Track Signals
We do not share personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your permission. Currently, we do not respond to “do not track” signals, as we do not collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third-party Web sites.
Third-Party Services
While using the Services, you may encounter links to third-party services. Third-party services have their own privacy policies. If you navigate out of our Services onto a third-party service, you may be giving them permission to use your data in ways we would not.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from or about anyone under age 18.
